NeonFrame LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that content available on neonframe.guru infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it (URL or description)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@neonframe.guru. Counter-notifications must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
