About NeonArcade — Our Social Casino

NeonFrame offers NeonArcade — a free social casino with simulated slots, roulette, and video poker. NeonArcade uses only Neons — our virtual points system. No real money is ever at risk. Neons have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

Even though NeonArcade does not involve real money, we recognise that casino-style games can feel stimulating. We encourage all members to play mindfully and to make use of the tools below.

We do not send "loss-chasing" notifications designed to bring you back after a losing session
All marketing communications are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time

Tools available to you

Session timer: Set a daily play-time limit in Settings → Responsible Play. NeonFrame will notify you when you reach your limit.

Activity history: View a full log of your sessions and activity in Dashboard → History.

Account pause: Temporarily deactivate your account for 7, 30, or 90 days from Settings → Account → Pause Account. Your data is preserved; you cannot log in during the pause period.

Account deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is irreversible.
