Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how NeonFrame LLC ("NeonFrame", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use neonframe.guru (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
Account information: email address, username, date of birth (used solely to verify you are 18+), and password (stored as a hashed value — we never store plain-text passwords).
Gameplay data: Gameplay data includes, where applicable: predictions submitted in FramePredict, NeonGrid game results, GlitchLeague responses, and — for users who access NeonArcade — social casino gameplay data including game sessions, virtual Neons wagered and won, and game history. No real-money transaction data is collected in connection with NeonArcade as no real money is involved.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, session timestamps, referring URL.
Communications: any messages you send to our support team or through contact forms.
2. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate your sessions
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and our games
- To communicate with you about your account, updates to the Platform, and (with your consent under CASL) marketing communications
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled) are activated only after you provide cookie consent.
4. Sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Platform (hosting, database management, analytics) under data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data; (b) law enforcement or regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so.
5. Your rights under PIPEDA
- Right of access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correction: you may request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw consent to non-essential data processing at any time
- Right to deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data

6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.
7. International data transfers
NeonFrame LLC is incorporated in the United States. Your personal data may be processed on servers located outside Canada. We implement appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with PIPEDA requirements for cross-border data transfers.
8. Children
NeonFrame is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
